Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), biotin, anti-caking agent (vegetable stearic acid and magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), cellulose gum.

Method of use:

It is used as a food supplement for adults, 1 tablet per day, recommended during meals.
